Bento Club | Free Account Terms and Conditions

Bento Club is a rewards program designed to offer exclusive benefits to our valued and loyal customers. Upon signing up for the program, customers will be entitled to earn points per order based on the order's subtotal monetary amount — excluding the delivery fee — that can be redeemed in exchange of vouchers, exclusive experiences and products.

To become a Bento Club Member, customers need to sign up for the free account by accepting the terms and conditions under the Bento Club section of their profile.

By signing up to Bento Club, the user agrees to all the terms and conditions hereby described.

2.1 Free account: no subscription charge applied. The user will be entitled to the benefits below:

• Points per order: a fixed amount of 20 points on every order made through Bento platforms, excluding Magic Vouchers, that is equal to or over $20 Cayman Island Dollars in subtotal.
• Discount vouchers redeemable with points.
• Limited access to Special Items redeemable with points.

2.1.1 Points are not cumulative with usage of Magic Vouchers. If a Magic Voucher is used at the order checkout, no points will be earned on the amount covered by the voucher.

In case the user desires to cancel the service, this can be requested through the platform on the Bento Club section, and all accumulated points and other benefits will be immediately forfeited.

4.1 The eligible users to participate in the free trial period will be defined exclusively at Bento's criteria based on profiles' information and history of orders, and does not constitute a right to all new subscribers.

4.2 Bento also reserves the right to revoke any trial period conceived to its users and suspend the account of those who commit abuse during the trial period.

5.1 Availability and transfer of benefits

5.1.1 All benefits related to the registered account will be immediately available to the user upon signing up, and are restricted only to the enrolled profile, meaning that neither the subscription nor the program's benefits are transferable to other users.

5.2 Purchased rewards

5.2.1 All available rewards will be listed under the “available rewards” section of the Club page, and can only be redeemed using points. Magic Vouchers or other discounts cannot be applied at checkout.

5.2.2 Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user.

5.3 Special Items

5.3.1 Magic Vouchers are not applicable at checkout of Available Rewards or Bento Special Items, since the payment method is restricted to points accumulated (and renewed) within the program.

5.3.2 All Special Items will be available for either pickup or delivery, either of which will only be available on the next immediate business day of the order.

By signing up to Bento Club, the user hereby agrees to the following expiration period of the points:

6.1 Points earned under the free account will automatically expire in 3 (three) months — 90 days — from the day they were credited. Upon expiration, the user will be allowed to purchase an extension of their points' expiration for an additional 3 months (90 days) or 6 months (180 days).

6.2 All renewal purchases will automatically apply to the user's balance of points expiring within the following 30 days of the renewal date, meaning that non-expiring points will remain valid until the initial date of their credit, and the renewed points will be extended according to the period selected upon extension checkout payment.

Example: a balance of 50 points expiring in 15 days and 100 points expiring in 45 days. Upon renewal, the balance will expire as follows:

• 50 points in 105 days (initial 15 days + renewed 90 days)
• 100 points in 45 days (since these points were not within the 30-days-to-expiration window upon renewal, their expiration date remains unchanged)

Registration terms may be revised periodically to reflect changes in operational costs, service offerings, legal requirements, and customer needs. These updates help ensure the continued quality, sustainability, and clarity of the Bento Club service.

7.1 The user acknowledges and agrees that any charges (if applicable), benefits, and terms hereby determined may be revised by Bento at any time upon prior notice of 15 days before the effective date of the new terms. Therefore, if the Bento Club enrollment is not cancelled by the user after receiving such notification, it will be considered an irrevocable agreement to the new terms and conditions.
